Does anyone know what problems can arise when an evaporator is in operation?
What problems can arise when the evaporator is in operation? Based on my experience, blockages in the evaporator’s tube side and shell side, corrosion-induced perforations, and abnormal oil return all affect the evaporation efficiency. In fact, there are many reasons for the problems that occur during the operation of the evaporator; it cannot be considered from just the perspective of the evaporator itself. Instead, factors such as the refrigeration machine, oil separator, economizer, throttle valve, evaporator, oil return device, and the amount of refrigerant must also be taken into account.
Oh oh. My evaporator uses steam to heat the material. There is no refrigerator.
