High-efficiency heat exchange tubes are those whose heat exchange efficiency has been increased several times compared to before processing, either by using different manufacturing processes to increase the surface area for heat exchange, or by inducing turbulence in the fluid inside the tube, or through a combination of several such processes. The manufacturing process cannot be explained clearly in just a moment; the inspection methods depend generally on the operating conditions and design requirements. As for the ability to measure heat exchange efficiency, small enterprises usually lack the capability to do so.
