Wireless high-voltage clamp ammeter for measuring high-voltage current
Thread Content
The Zhengneng ES1001 wireless high-voltage ammeter has a wireless range of up to 30 meters. Its current measurement range is 0.1mA–1200A, the clamp diameter is 50mm, and it is equipped with a telescopic insulating rod that is 4 meters long, making it convenient and lightweight. One of the application methods of ES1001 is to measure the current on the transformer side. I. Test item (transformer incoming current): http://m.znele.com/uploads/allimg/151208/1-15120QA9295E.JPGII. Take out the ES1001 wireless high/low voltage current meter from the bag: http://m.znele.com/uploads/allimg/151208/1-15120QA942254.JPG http://m.znele.com/uploads/allimg/151208/1-15120QA95G04.JPG
III. Press the red POWER button on the receiver on the left and the red POWER button on the high-voltage clamp on the right to turn it on; the high-voltage clamp is connected to a telescopic insulating rod: http://m.znele.com/uploads/allimg/151208/1-15120QF012535.JPG
IV. Locate the transformer’s incoming cable terminal and insert the high-voltage clamp directly into it. http://m.znele.com/uploads/allimg/151208/1-15120QF02K38.JPG 5. Holding the receiver in hand http://m.znele.com/uploads/allimg/151208/1-15120QF042405.JPG 6. The receiver will display the current value; in this case, the current is 5.49A http://m.znele.com/uploads/allimg/151208/1-15120QF055201.JPG http://m.znele.com/uploads/allimg/151208/1-15120QF109244.JPG 7. Rotate the insulated rod to contract it, and press the POWER button on the receiver as well as the POWER button on the high-voltage pliers to turn off the device. http://m.znele.com/uploads/allimg/151208/1-15120QF125261.JPG 8. Instruments: Insulation rods are fitted with cloth bags; testing is complete. http://m.znele.com/uploads/allimg/151208/1-15120QF13M56.JPG This shows the method of using the energy-collecting ES1001 wireless high-voltage clamp ammeter to measure the current in a transformer.
