During the operation of the wash tower in the WGS process, overflow often occurs at the overflow line. How can this be resolved? Please share your ideas and suggestions
Is it a false indication of the liquid level at the bottom of the tower, with large fluctuations in the level?
Check if there is any foaming or similar phenomena
Check whether the break siphon line is functioning properly; it could be caused by siphoning. Also, verify if the liquid level control is working correctly, whether the tower is operating properly, and whether the tray plates are in good condition
