As the owner, how can one keep track of the manufacturing progress in a timely manner during the equipment supervision process?
The manufacturer and the owner can use the platform for full-life-cycle services of petrochemical equipment, which provides management of equipment manufacturing progress. The supervisor fills in information on the progress of equipment manufacturing based on the manufacturer’s schedule, and any delays in production are automatically sent to the owner.

If the distance is not far, send someone to supervise regularly; if it is far, ask the supplier to provide updates on the production progress as well as photos of the products. However, this must be specified in the contract, otherwise it will cause trouble.

That makes sense! This method is great, thank you so much!
The basic platform for full-life-cycle services of petrochemical equipment is good, but it fails to gain widespread adoption. Has the owner installed it? Everyone handles things on a web-based tool platform, with full transparency regarding progress. We are in the information age now. . .
