I work in Henan. I took the exam last year; I lost my certificate. Is it possible to get it reissued? I’ve tried calling the Henan Human Resources Management Center, but I can’t get through. What should I do?

Under normal circumstances, your transcript can be reissued. The basic procedure is as follows: You must go in person, carrying your ID card, to the issuing office to have your transcript copied and to sign the registration form; then, using a copy of that registration form stamped by the district examination center, you go to the city examination center to have your transcript printed.
