When crystallizing PEG products, a large amount of scale forms at the bottom of the crystallization tank, blocking the valve. An anchor-type stirrer is being used; attempts have been made to reduce turbulence by adding baffles, but this was ineffective. I’m looking for good methods to prevent material from accumulating at the bottom of the crystallization tank.
It has a bottom valve to prevent mixing dead zones； Or polish the inner wall to reduce the degree of adhesion【for reference only】
Use an upward-opening bottom valve; it can push the material upward
Installing a scraper at the bottom of the frame mixer can effectively solve such problems!
