I’m not sure what the structure of your equipment is; different manufacturing processes such as those used for PTFE-enameled materials result in varying prices, as the process itself affects the cost. To evaporate and concentrate at 100 degrees, a negative pressure must be applied. Care must be taken when using PTFE or butyl rubber linings under negative pressure; even the slightest defect in the lining quality or a minor mistake during operation can lead to serious consequences. To use enamel-lined equipment, it depends on the level of phosphoric acid impurities present. Industrial-grade phosphoric acid usually contains fluoride ions, and due to the presence of these ions, even in low concentrations, they can cause corrosion and damage to the enamel-lined equipment. I recommend the use of a graphite evaporation and concentration unit, which consists of a graphite heater, a graphite evaporation tank, a graphite pre-concentration unit, a water jet injector, and piping systems. The graphite concentration device can be used for a long time under these operating conditions without any corrosion.
Is there no feedback regarding the production of wet phosphoric acid? From the information I’ve seen, don’t you use evaporation tanks with butyl lining? Which company made it?
