Does anyone know in what industries turbines are used, and for which customer groups they are suitable? The more detailed, the better; thank you very much!:$
Turbine power plants, chemical equipment with high shaft power, or some rotating equipment with high speeds.
High-power pumps are driven by turbines
I’ve never seen a turbine with a pump before. I only know that some of the cogeneration boilers in power plants are equipped with small generator sets.
As far as I know, steam turbines are mainly used in oil and chemical industries where there is an abundance of steam, to drive large pumps, compressors, and similar equipment.
