What pressure is required for the purge gas source for new plant pipelines, and what are the precautions?
It should generally be lower than the pressure of the instrument air, below 0.6 MPa, to avoid damaging the pipes, valves, and instruments; of course, this also depends on the conditions of your installation. If the pipes are dirty, or if they are long and complex and require purging in sections, the pressure can be increased slightly.
It is generally around 6 kilograms, but the gas source pressure is determined first by considering the pipeline pressure rating. Note: Support first, then the main system; perform target testing, etc
It is generally 0.6 MPa and 1.0 MPa
The air supply from my own air compressor station is more than sufficient for use:lol:lol
Check what the design pressure of your piping is; generally, the pressure of compressed air is around 0.6, and sometimes a pressure booster is used.
