To what temperature is the feed generally preheated in the pre-distillation column feed heat exchanger?

Recently, I was working on the design of a distillation process package. The design institute specified that the steam-liquid mixture feeding into the pre-distillation tower should be preheated to 114 degrees. Is such a high temperature really necessary? I previously understood it to be around 70 degrees, and that the steam condensate can be preheated to 114°C? I would appreciate it if experienced sea travelers could help answer this question. Also, please share the parameters of a few towers. Thank you!
Also, may I ask where this preheated steam condensate mainly comes from?
It depends on your specific manufacturing process and the properties of the materials; what you’re saying is too general. The condensate temperature also depends on the steam pressure used; it’s not impossible for the condensate to reach 114 degrees, so data is what matters.
