For panel-mounted instruments (thermometers, pressure gauges), the diameter of the dial is usually 10 cm. The skid-mounted modules come with 1. How would you like the markings to be done? At 1/3 and 2/3, or at 1/4 and 3/4? 2. What should be done to replace the pressure gauge after marking it? How to manage pressure gauges? (It is strictly prohibited to indicate areas beyond the marked lines during inspection.) 3. The calibration date can easily become unreadable due to wind and sun exposure; how do people prevent this? 4. How do I draw underlines? Does the color of the underlines drawn with a marker disappear when exposed to the sun? How do people solve the above problems in their daily lives? Does anyone have any good suggestions?
1. Draw a line at 1/3---2/3. 2. Redraw the lines after replacement, and check the pressure gauge once every six months. If it breaks, replace it anytime. 3. Apply transparent tape to the calibration label. 4. Apply red thin tape.
