Do all the MTO reactor compressors have a top shaft oil system?
May I ask what the compressor top shaft oil is? Is it the high-level oil tank?
The compressor is relatively small, so it’s not necessary.
There are propylene machines. The compressor is divided into two cylinders, which are generally not necessary.
There is an propylene compressor; the product gas compressor, however, is four-stage and two-cylinder, with none of that design

The product gas flow rate in MTO systems is not high; each reactor-reformer unit is designed to produce 600,000 tons of ethylene and propylene per year, with a product gas flow rate of around 67,000–72,000 standard cubic feet per hour. As a result, the compressors used in such systems are not large, nor is the mass of their rotors significant. However, in plants that carry out cracking of millions of tons of crude oil, the cracking gas compressors are usually very large. Such units require a jacking oil pump, which is used to suspend the rotor during startup and shutdown, thereby preventing damage to the bearing surfaces. Typical configuration: gear pump, throttle device, overflow protection device. Our domestic large-scale units come equipped with this setup; for example, the 800,000-ton ethylene K201 pyrolysis gas compressor in Wuhan
