Due to work commitments, I have had little time to visit the forum, and as a result I was unable to manage the relevant sections properly; this led to the division lines not being updated in a timely manner, causing a decline in popularity. I am fully aware of my failure to fulfill my duties, but I am powerless to do anything about it. Therefore, I now apply to be upgraded from an assistant moderator to a regular moderator, and will refrain from receiving the \"salary\" in September as a form of punishment. @zxz017 @zhaolijun @zhangqi1234 @ckwcba
The security version of post management is indeed a bit lagging, which is related to the high level of activity in those forums, as well as to inadequate recruitment of forum moderators; lrx really has no need to blame itself. If it’s a matter of responsibility, should I, as the person in charge, step down? Zhangqi is right; one should focus on their primary job. In my opinion, one should try to spend some time managing the forum and engaging in discussions outside of regular work hours. When it comes to responsibility, the moderators and deputy super moderators are “Responsible” for managing the sections, but as those in charge, they are “Accountable” for its management. There is absolutely no need for anyone to feel pressured. I hope LRX retracts the application, continues working, and does its best.
You can also be demoted (⊙o⊙)(⊙o⊙)(⊙o⊙)
Agreed, get the salary first and then give it as a subsidy to other moderators. ;P Actually, everyone is providing service voluntarily; just do your best. Work in real life is what provides us with food and clothing. :handshake
The LRX upgrade version is still very reliable; there’s no need to feel too guilty. I hope it can stay in use going forward. Personally, I don’t think it’s necessary to strive too hard for popularity; an increase in the number of posts comes at the cost of quality, which is not good. I’ve also been struggling recently with too many projects on hand; I’ll do my best.
They are all great leaders; we support you in continuing to do this work – keep it up! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
