How are fully welded ball valves classified? Where can one determine quickly that it is a fully welded ball valve? What are the advantages of such valves? Could some expert help with this?

Fully welded? It’s just one whole thing
The main difference between fully welded and bolted ball valves lies in the method of connecting the valve body to the valve cover. The fully welded valve body and valve cover are connected by welding; for those with higher requirements, the connection between the packing box and the valve body as well must be by welding. Fully welded ball valves can also have flanged ends for connection to pipes, which can easily lead to confusion. The main purpose of using full welding is to prevent external leakage at the static sealing areas within the valve body structure.
