First of all, the ammonia flare and other emitted gases should be separated; otherwise, solids such as ammonium carbonate or ammonium sulfate are likely to form, blocking the pipes； Secondly, if it is only the chiller system that emits waste gas, it may not be necessary to install one; however, if ammonia synthesis is also involved, it is better to have such a device installed. Additionally, it is advisable to provide LP steam heating for the separation tank as well ；
Separate pipelines, separate liquid separation systems, and separate steam heating; it is best to use steam at a pressure of 1.0 MPA to counteract external temperature fluctuations
Whether to install a liquid separation tank depends on the media that may enter the flare: if there are media that are prone to liquefaction, condensing into a liquid state, or contain water, a liquid separation tank should be added, along with steam tracing outside the pipes
