JB/T4720 has been repealed

JB/T4720 has been revoked; which standard is now replacing it? Although GB/T29463 is also a gasket for shell-and-tube heat exchangers, none is specified to replace it. Does any fellow sea traveler know and want to tell me?
In accordance with **Energy Bureau Announcement No. 1 of 2015**, this standard is repealed, and there is no alternative standard.
Oh, what about the heat exchanger accessories that previously met this standard?
In the referenced standards of GB/T151-2014, the gasket for shell and tube heat exchangers is specified as GB/T29465; gaskets conforming to this standard can be used as substitutes.

Since the standards referenced in the heat exchanger standard GB/T151-2014 no longer require JB/T4720, then what standard should be used as a replacement? Either you keep using JB/T4720 – as long as it’s possible to carry out the calculations and the equipment doesn’t have any problems, that’s fine! !
