The specific pressure at the outlet can be measured using a measuring device; definitely, the outlet pressure of the pipeline cannot be used as the pump’s outlet pressure.

The pump outlet pressure is 1.0 MPa; it is recommended to use pipes with PN1.6 rating. Of course, PN1.0 is generally used. At the equipment inlet, since the pipe diameter is many times larger than that of the drug delivery pipe, the pressure reading is low ; If there is a valve at the device inlet where the medication tube enters, when you close that valve, the pressure gauge on the pump side will increase to 1.0 MPa (without considering pipe losses).
The pressure at the outlet of the metering pump depends on your target pressure plus the losses due to friction along the flow path. If the backpressure is only 1 kilogram and the pressure at the pump’s outlet is 10 kilograms, where do those 9 kilograms of pressure loss go? In your case, the pressure at the pump’s outlet is just a little over 1 kilogram
