Then it might be a problem with the water and air cooling systems. If air cooling is involved, try removing part of it gradually, starting with the sections that allow better flow; if flow is restored, it proves that there is no issue with the equipment.
Frequently running only one side of the air cooling in winter can also cause flow imbalance. With air cooling in the hydrogen production unit, blockages are impossible to occur; we have made many improvements over the years and there has been no instance of flow deviation
