Issues regarding the voltage regulator electric actuator

We are now considering replacing the pressure regulator, which operates at 9.8 MPa but needs to function at 4.0 MPa, with an electric actuator. However, due to customer requirements, this actuator must meet two criteria: first, it must have sufficient acting force of at least 80 KN; second, its switching speed must be less than or equal to 10 seconds. Do any of you experts have any actuators that could meet these requirements? Thank you so much!
Look for Rotork, the IQ3 series.
For electric actuators, 10 seconds are also required? That’s too difficult, isn’t it? It might be possible to do it, but it would also be very expensive!

Rotork is good; ten seconds is too fast. At this price, it’s definitely possible to find a pneumatic actuator
