Unloading should be stopped immediately; the manufacturer should be contacted by phone to come to the site for verification. After verification, weighing should be carried out and records kept, along with water quality testing. The results of these tests can help determine the source of the moisture. Water with a relatively pure quality may consist of water carried by the device or steam condensate, while water with a more complex composition may involve tap water, fire-fighting water, or circulating water from the condensation system that has been artificially added. Prevention: Before loading, take samples for testing first to measure the moisture content; only after confirming it is within acceptable limits should the goods be loaded. After loading the vehicle, perform the measurement or issue a weight certificate, and then seal the vehicle with your own seal. Upon arrival, first check whether there are any signs of damage or tampering on the lead seal. Then, the weight sheet must be checked to ensure accurate measurement before unloading; of course, samples must be taken for testing prior to unloading.
