Main responsibilities: 1. Assist the Operations Director in formulating the company’s sales strategies and plans； 2. Develop an annual sales plan and assign responsible persons within the department to ensure the achievement of annual sales targets ； 3. Control the annual sales expense budget ； 4. Carry out the collection of accounts receivable in accordance with the contract milestones ； 5. Build and maintain a customer relationship network, working in conjunction with the engineering and R&D departments to ensure the smooth implementation of projects until completion ； 6. Track and collect data related to customers and potential customers to provide reference information for company decision-making ； 7. Departmental staff management (recruitment, evaluation, development, retention) ； 8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors ； Key performance indicators: 1. Sales plan completion rate ； 2. Net sales profit ； 3. Sales budget cost control ； 4. Collection completion rate of accounts receivable ； Job requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, in chemistry or related fields ； Work experience: Over 7 years of sales experience in the chemical industry; familiarity with the knowledge and skills related to enterprises in the upstream and downstream sectors of coal chemistry; understanding of coal chemistry processes. Requirements for sales engineers: Over 2 years of work experience in the chemical industry; familiarity with enterprises in the upstream and downstream sectors of coal chemistry; a bachelor’s degree or higher, in a field related to chemical engineering and technology.
