In a saltwater system, what is the purpose of installing air pipes in the water distribution tank?
This post was last edited by Kang Zhaoyang on 2015-9-23 at 11:18: mixing of weak brine, added water, recovered water, and water from resin column regeneration to ensure thorough mixing. It ensures the stability of brine concentration, temperature, and pH, facilitating the control of relevant parameters.
Its main function is to stir, mixing the raw brine evenly in order to control the concentration and temperature of the crude brine during salt dissolution.
There is also a pipe in the water distribution tank for adding brine. The main purpose is definitely mixing to make the concentration and temperature more uniform.
The function of compressed air is to mix together brackish water, industrial water, brine, and various process wastewater that come from outside sources in the water distribution tank. However, our two tanks have been in use for over 8 years yet have only been opened a few times!
Because the water distribution tank recycles some water for reuse, it ensures uniform mixing, that is, it serves as a stirrer.
It is a multi-functional pipe: first, it serves to stir, ensuring that the water from various feed pipes mixes evenly; Second, displacement: it may be used to displace the gas inside the tank during tank cleaning and maintenance (it is generally not necessary) ;
