Questions regarding pipe flow velocity, flow rate, and pump head

There is a sewage pump with a head of 20 meters and an outlet diameter of DN100; it is connected to a PE100 pipe with a diameter of DN1000. The outlet point of the PE1000 pipe is 2 meters higher than the connection point, and as a result, the flow rate at the outlet point is very low. Does anyone know what the problem is?
How long is the pipeline? The longer the pipe, the greater the head loss. Combined with the fact that the head is already low, and an additional 2 meters are removed, the pressure difference in the pipe becomes low; as a result, the flow velocity is also low, leading to a low flow rate
