The water distributor of the cooling tower is not rotating

The cooling tower used in our workshop: the water distributor operates normally when the pressure of the circulating water is low, but it stops working when the pressure is high. I’m not sure what the reason is. Has anyone encountered this issue? What causes it?
You should be using a rotating nozzle; with low return water pressure, the friction on the rotating surface of the nozzle is low, and vice versa – high friction prevents it from rotating. Since they are plastic parts, they suffer severe wear over time and need to be replaced frequently. It is recommended to use fixed nozzles, as the spraying effect is the same
