[Petroleum and Chemicals Section] Responsibilities of technical personnel and the publicity team: To better serve members, promote the petroleum and chemicals sector, gather professional talents in a comprehensive manner, and address the professional questions raised by members. The Petrochemical Zone has specifically hired specialized professionals in the petrochemical industry as well as publicity enthusiasts in Quanhaichuan, with no restrictions on expertise or job position. I. Target participants: The 154 technical professionals and members of the publicity team who have applied in the Petroleum and Chemicals Section.
II. Duration of the assignment: February 10, 2016 – February 10, 2017 (one year contract period).
III. Responsibilities: 1. Answering professional questions raised by users in various sections of the Petroleum and Chemicals Section, as well as addressing complex issues that arise in these sections ； Have the right to participate and offer suggestions regarding the management of technical exchange posts in the petrochemical area ； 2. Responsible for disseminating and promoting information on the management developments in the petrochemical sector, talent recruitment, outstanding individuals, and the organization of various events ； IV. Treatment for Talents 1. Those who pass the evaluation and become members of the petrochemical zone’s talent pool or publicity team will have their participation recorded in their personal files, giving them priority to become moderators or technicians in various sections of the petrochemical zone ； 2. For those who actively participate in technical exchanges within the petrochemical area as well as for publicity team members, they are required to post all the links and comments they have shared at the end of each month in this thread; the petrochemical area will award them rewards ranging from 50 to 500 Wealth points, 5 to 20 Charm points, and 1 Prestige point based on their level of participation ； 3.
