According to the \"Regulations on Safety Technical Inspection of Fixed Pressure Vessels\" TSG R0004-2009, section 4.9.4.3 regarding titanium pressure vessels, it states: \"(1) After welding, conduct a surface color inspection of all welded joints in their original state after welding, and determine whether they meet the requirements based on the standards referenced in these regulations.\" I would like to ask fellow professionals: 1) What are the \"referenced standards\"? 2) What color is considered acceptable? 3) Are there any comparison charts available? 4) If so, where can such charts be purchased? TSG z6002 mentions the inspection of the surface color of titanium welds and heat-affected zones; a silver-white or golden-yellow (dense) color indicates compliance, while blue, purple, gray, dark gray, and yellowish powder-like colors indicate non-compliance.
