I’m planning to change jobs; could you give me some advice?

I have been working in the refining industry for 5 years; I hold a bachelor’s degree from the Petroleum University, majoring in Chemical Engineering and Technology. I worked at one of CNPC’s refineries for five years, and now I am considering changing jobs – I don’t want to work in factories anymore, especially in frontline operational roles. I have been involved in three major plant overhauls and one commissioning of a new plant. I would like to ask everyone: given my major and work experience, in what fields can I look for jobs if I don’t work in a factory? After visiting talent websites, I felt very lost and didn’t know where to submit my resume
Those who are passing by, come and take a look; give some advice. It seems that after working shifts in the factory, one knows what they’re capable of doing once they leave the factory. . . .

How are sales of gases and chemical raw materials going?
Are you a girl? If a boy goes into sales, does it worth it to give up all those years of work experience?
I don’t want to be on the front line anymore; I can return to the design institute or change careers.
So you mean to keep looking for options in terms of production?
It’s very difficult to find design firms, and they don’t have any foundation either; they don’t even know how to use CAD
I’ll start with production first; once the market improves, I’ll move on to manufacturing chemical equipment. One cannot stay in the front line for long
I guess I’ll have reached my limit in another 2 years; few people who graduate from undergraduate programs work shift duties for such long periods of time.
