Low PH in the waste heat boiler?

In a waste heat boiler, even after adding ammonia to the feed water, the pH of the steam is sometimes still below 7. What could be the reasons for this? Both the water supply and boiler water pH are within the normal range.
1. The head of the metering pump in the ammonia addition unit is insufficient, preventing ammonia water from being injected into the feed water. (Statistically analyze the water supply volume to the boiler, the pH value of the desalination tank, the pH value of the feedwater, the ammonia consumption, and the ammonia concentration; perform calculations to identify the causes.) 2. The installation location of the water supply pH value sampling port was incorrect, preventing the collection of a water sample that had ammonia added and been thoroughly mixed. The inaccuracy of online pH meters may be due to selection issues: the impact of temperature must be taken into account; models designed for high temperatures have lower reliability. Typically, pH measurement requires cooling first, with the pH meter being installed after a cooling unit is used. Calibrate the pH meter regularly. Offline testing: conduct testing as soon as possible after sampling to avoid errors. 3. There is a problem with the quality of ammonia water (I have not encountered this).
