Entrepreneurs in China must have songs like “On the Way,” “Only by Striving Can One Succeed,” and “Fly Higher” among their favorites; they always manage to stir an ambitious spirit. But the next song might be Xu Wei’s “Hometown” or Li Jian’s “Heart Under the Bright Moon” – songs that evoke a sense of sadness, confusion, and weariness. Where is my hometown, and when can I return there?
Unintentionally reaching middle age, turning left, entering the world, moving toward the peak of life； To the right, born again; why not return to the pastoral lands? This is the true portrayal of middle-aged life!
Life is but a few decades long; thrift and hard work are the norms.
The greenery of my hometown now exists only in memory. If you still remember it, why not organize an event there, in that distant small mountain village, to reminisce about our youth in our hometown?

I like the songs from the Wandering series, but the tracks are a bit different. What I like: I am a wolf from the north. I love you, the snows of the northern regions. Songs of wandering (A wanderer longs for you far away…) Tears behind iron bars. Farewell (Beyond the pavilion, by the ancient road…) These are the things that come to mind right away.
