Safe distance between pump house and storage tanks

Foreign regulations require a distance of 60 meters between storage tanks and pump rooms; however, we currently only have 40 meters between them. The specifications suggest that an explosion-proof partition wall should be installed between the pump room and storage tank T7021. Is this acceptable?
By adding an explosion-proof isolation wall to tank T7021, it’s as if the tank is placed inside a building; check whether the distance between that building and the pump room is sufficient.
