There are no flange connections on the pipeline; one-way valves welded in place are used. During startup purging, aside from removing the valve core of the one-way valve. Who has any good methods? Thank you.

Not possible; the pressure is too high at 27 MPa, and flangeless connections are not feasible
The pressure is indeed high! I don’t know what type of check valve it is. Otherwise, clean it in segments; after welding, purging will remove most of the impurities. I have never encountered a pipeline with such high pressure. I dare not offer suggestions; it’s easy to make mistakes

The valve core has been removed; will cleaning cause damage to the valve seat?
I think it’s possible to clean the pipeline and the check valve by blowing air forward at the front section of the check valve and blowing air backward at the rear section; cleaning them separately should also suffice to clean them thoroughly. What do you all think?:)
High-pressure pipelines generally use special materials; there should be little welding slag in them, and nitrogen purging can be used. Pipelines equipped with check valves usually don’t present any problems. Similar situations occur during the purging of reaction systems in hydrogenation units; there is no such thing as removing the valve core at check valves. Once a high-pressure system is operated, it can lead to issues with air leakage later on, and it becomes very difficult to resolve such problems.
The most reliable way to remove the valve core is to avoid the accumulation of foreign objects at the check valve~~
