Leakage in the grout joints of marble water film dust collectors

The boiler dust collectors used in our factory are marble water film dust collectors. After several years of use following installation, the gaps between the marbles as well as those between the marbles and the dust removal water pipes gradually cracked and came apart. Attempts were made to seal these gaps using substances such as silicone glue, but with no success. Cleaning the areas beforehand only led to an increasing amount of leakage from these gaps, resulting in severe icing on the equipment itself and the operating steel platforms during winter. I would like to know what materials professional manufacturers use to seal leaks; I appreciate any guidance you can provide: handshake.
