Are DCS systems logically floating?

The Honey PKS system doesn’t show any connections logically – is it floating? It seems the same is true for other DCSs as well. Does anyone know? Thank you.
Some are floating, while others are grounded; for example, the DCS I use has its negative terminal grounded
Upstairs, the negative terminal is grounded through the internal circuit design of the card, right?
