The environmentally friendly nitrile rubber NBR2805E produced by Lanzhou Petrochemical Company was tested by the technical center of Anhui Zhongding Sealing Parts Co., Ltd.; all its technical specifications met the requirements set for customization, it had good processability, and the properties of the products manufactured from it satisfied the specified technical standards. Its performance is comparable to that of Japanese JSR products. Anhui Zhongding Sealing Parts Co., Ltd. is currently the largest domestic manufacturer and exporter of automotive rubber components. Its products not only supply China’s major automobile manufacturers but have also made their way into the global procurement systems of internationally renowned automobile companies in Europe, the United States, Japan, and other regions. The product development of nitrile rubber NBR2805E is one of the key projects undertaken by Lanzhou Petrochemical to achieve environmental-friendly production of nitrile rubber. Aiming to meet the market demands of Anhui Zhongding Sealing Parts Co., Ltd., this environmentally friendly nitrile rubber product with the grade NBR2805E was developed specifically. Within less than a year, tasks such as pilot testing, scale-up testing, technical exchanges, and benchmarking were completed, and ultimately products that met the required technical specifications were produced, enabling industrial-scale manufacturing. It is understood that Lanzhou Petrochemical will supply more than 700 tons of environmentally friendly nitrile rubber NBR2805E products to Anhui Zhongding Sealing Parts Co., Ltd. each year. To ensure a stable and smooth supply of products, Anhui Zhongding Sealing Parts Co., Ltd. will go to Lanzhou in the second quarter of this year for technical exchanges and business discussions.
