Boiler selection? !

We have calculated that the steam output from the boiler is 450 tons per hour. What should be the capacity of the boiler I should choose? Is 480 tons okay? How do I calculate the capacity in tons that my boiler should have? Need help?
I asked the relevant personnel in our boiler workshop yesterday, and they said that the boiler itself consumes a certain amount of steam; therefore, the actual production capacity is lower than the rated capacity of the boiler, with the general formula being: boiler’s rated capacity = steam supplied externally + steam consumed by the boiler itself :)
It is estimated that 4 units of 130 T/h will need to be selected. The total boiler output of 80% and 100% can meet the heat requirements of the process.
The supply capacity of the boiler must be greater than the demand in order to ensure the proper operation of the machine!
The original poster didn’t clarify the question: where is the steam generated by the boiler used? Steam soot blowing? Or something else? No one can answer that if you ask them like this. The amount of steam used for soot blowing is very small, and it is utilized in an indirect manner; therefore, it can be disregarded. The amount of steam required externally is the evaporation rate of the boiler.
