I bring my laptop to work, which contains some foreign-language patents that I need to look up. Unfortunately, there is no internet access at the workplace, and there are some words in those patents whose meanings I don’t know. Is there any good way to deal with this, such as downloading an electronic dictionary to make it easier to search? If I have an internet connection, I use Youdao Dictionary; I also have a chemical English-Chinese dictionary at home, but it’s too bulky and inconvenient to carry around.

It’s still not very convenient to use on a mobile phone. Is there an electronic version of a chemical engineering dictionary that can be downloaded?
