Thailand is recruiting Chinese language teachers for the spring season. The interest in the Chinese language in Thailand continues to grow; the number of people who study Chinese has reached nearly 1 million. China and Thailand have collaborated to establish 12 Confucius Institutes and 11 Confucius Classrooms. We are offering 15 positions for Chinese language teachers in various locations in Thailand, including Bangkok, the popular tourist destinations of Phuket, Pattaya, Hua Hin, and Rayong. The salary ranges from 17,000 to 28,000 Thai baht per month. Some schools provide free accommodation, while others do not; for those schools that do not provide accommodation, assistance will be given in finding a suitable place to live. Teachers will have 20 classes per week, with weekends off on Saturdays and Sundays. The jobs are available at both public and international schools, and the students taught will be in elementary, middle, and high school grades. Application period: December 2015 – March 2016.
