When the client responsible for project construction provides materials to the contractor, is the allowance intended for timely delivery also provided to the contractor along with those materials?
It should be given; under normal circumstances, without any margin, it’s definitely not enough
Due to reasons such as the fixed length of the materials, when delivering them to the contractor, a certain amount of excess must be provided simultaneously. However, fittings and valves are issued according to the design quantities.
