In our facility, the liquefied gas desulfurization process involves alkaline washing with two-stage fiber membranes, followed by water washing. The alkali solution regeneration system does not use naphtha to extract disulfides. The liquid hydrocarbon feed rate is 8.5 t/h, and the circulation rate of the alkaline solution is 4 t/h. With an alkali solution concentration of 15%, there are basically no issues with operation. The sulfur content before alkali washing was 2800 mg/m3; after the first stage of alkali washing, it was 1500 mg/m3, and after the second stage, it was 600 mg/m3.
