Colleagues: I would like to sincerely ask if you have encountered any incidents in the production process where improper operation or leaks in the cooling and exchange equipment led to contamination of semi-finished products, which went unnoticed and resulted in contamination of the storage tanks for those semi-finished products? If there is any, please reply; there will be a reward!
Such things definitely exist, but usually sampling is done at regular intervals for analysis, so it should be detected during that sampling. Those that have not been detected for a long time are likely oil products for which quality requirements are not strictly enforced, and the analysis intervals are relatively long.
