Industrial sludge drying process

After plate and frame filtration in my company, the sludge obtained has a moisture content of around 57%. Are there any mechanical devices that can directly dry and shape this sludge into fuel?

Fly ash can be added and mixed together; the final mixture has a moisture content of around 10%
