In the institute, feasibility study reports are usually prepared by a few experienced experts from the preliminary design department or the process engineering department, after which the technical economics department carries out the calculations, ensuring both speed and accuracy. But look at the signing page: there is a person in charge of each specialty, as well as those responsible for verification and approval at the school level, with the chief engineer providing the final approval. This is a requirement of the technical management system of the design institute.
