The factory plans to install a new chromatograph for analyzing the composition of propane condensate; products from Yokogawa or Siemens are likely to be used. Does this device have to be placed indoors? Can it be located in the same control room as the control systems (such as PLCs and DCS)?
The analyzer measures combustible gases, so it is not suitable for placement in the instrument control room.

Many online chromatographs have a protection level equivalent to that of those installed on-site, and the local climate conditions meet the operational requirements of such chromatographs, so a safety shelter is not necessary. A shed will do.
I feel that the poster’s request is limited by the on-site conditions and environment. In fact, there are no strict requirements preventing online chromatographs from being placed in the DCS control room, provided that the emissions and leaks from the chromatograph are strictly controlled and monitored, and the environment in the control room meets the operating conditions required for the chromatograph.
