May I ask, is it possible for the liquid to be carried away by the steam in an MVR system? How can this problem be solved?
Raise the tank height; add a cover to the air intake at the top of the tank; use a cyclone separator. I think the key is to make modifications to the tank itself, along with other methods
There is a situation where the liquid contains foam, which can affect the operation of the compressor; in such cases, an antifoaming agent should be used
Material carryover is an inevitable phenomenon, and common methods to address it include the use of degasers, screen types, and baffle types. There are some with spray devices, but not many. The other main considerations are level control, taking into account the properties of the material, and issues such as liquid splashing caused by the circulation pump.
1. Antifoam agents, which reduce foam formation during the process and address the issue at its source. 2. Replace it with a more efficient demister; or is your current demister clogged?
