The installation of cables within cable trays shall meet the following requirements: (1) Cables installed at an inclination of more than 45° shall have fixing points every 2 meters. (2) For horizontally laid cables, fixing points should be installed at both ends, on both sides of turns, and every 5–10 meters. (3) Cables laid in vertical cable trays shall be provided with fixing points every 1 meter. (4) Signboards should be installed at the beginning, end, and branching points of the cable. Tray cable tray specifications: Tray cable trays are the most widely used type in industries such as petroleum, chemicals, power generation, light industry, television, and telecommunications. It has advantages such as light weight, high load capacity, attractive design, simple structure, and easy installation. It is suitable for both the installation of power cables and the laying of control cables. For tray-type cable trays, the surface treatment can be chosen from galvanizing, electrostatic spraying, and hot-dip galvanizing, depending on the user’s requirements; special anti-corrosion treatments can also be applied in highly corrosive environments. Tray-type cable trays can be equipped with guards; if guards are required, this should be specified at the time of ordering. All their accessories are compatible with ladder-type and trough-type cable trays. Step-type cable tray: The XQJ-T type step-type cable tray has been developed based on relevant domestic and international materials, as well as improvements to similar products produced by our factory. It has advantages such as light weight, low cost, unique design, easy installation, as well as good heat dissipation and air permeability. It is suitable for the installation of cables with generally larger diameters, and is particularly appropriate for the installation of high- and low-voltage power cables. The stepped cable trays are equipped with guards; if guards are required, this should be specified at the time of ordering. All their accessories are compatible with tray-type and trough-type cable trays. For stepped cable trays, the surface treatment options include electrostatic spraying, galvanizing, and painting; special anti-corrosion treatments are applied in highly corrosive environments. Trunking cable trays: Trunking cable trays are fully enclosed types of cable trays. They are most suitable for laying computer cables, communication cables, thermocouple cables, and control cables for other highly sensitive systems. They provide effective protection against shielding interference for control cables as well as protection for cables in highly corrosive environments. The cover for trough cable trays is supplied as part of the tray itself, while other accessories are common to ladder-type and tray-type trays. If users need other types and specifications of trough cable trays, they can order by sending drawings, letters, or by meeting in person. Modular cable trays: Modular cable trays represent the latest type of cable tray; they are the second generation in this series. They can be used for installing various cables in different projects and facilities. Their advantages include a simple structure, flexible configuration, easy installation, and an innovative design. Combination cable trays can be assembled into cable trays of the desired size using three basic widths: 100, 150, and 200 mm. Without the need to manufacture accessories such as elbows or tees, they can be adjusted in direction, widened, branched, or led upward or downward according to the requirements of on-site installation. There is no need for drilling at any location; after welding, the tubes can be used to lead the cables out. This feature facilitates engineering design as well as production and transportation, and it also simplifies installation and construction. It is thus the most ideal product among cable trays currently available. Long-span cable trays: Long-span cable trays are types of cable trays that have a greater support span compared to ordinary cable trays. Thanks to their carefully designed structure, they also possess a higher load-bearing capacity. Therefore, they are suitable not only for the overhead installation of cables in industrial and commercial facilities such as those in the oil refining, chemical, textile, machinery, metallurgy, power, television, and broadcasting industries, but also for use in underground applications, such as as supports in cable trenches and cable tunnels in subways and civil defense projects. Large-span cable trays include large-span ladders, trays, trough types, heavy-duty trays, right-angled tees, multi-section tees, right-angled crosses, as well as corresponding types of connectors, covers, and struts. Large-span cable trays are equipped with covers; if covers are required, it should be specified at the time of ordering, or the order should be placed according to the cover model. The surface treatment for long-span cable trays includes plastic spraying, galvanizing, or baking paint coating. In corrosive environments, tray systems treated with plastic spraying can be used, while in normal atmospheric corrosion-resistant environments, galvanized tray systems can be chosen.
