Let’s all share our experiences with the problems encountered when using permanent magnet speed regulators
Is the OP using it? What are the problems? High temperature? Too noisy? Unstable speed control? High bearing temperature?
What brand is the original poster using? How’s things going now?:)
The unit previously used permanent-magnet couplings on 2 fans, and to be honest they were not satisfactory – they generated high temperatures, a lot of noise, and were difficult to install. I really don’t see any advantages of this thing over traditional couplings.
Temperature and noise are industry challenges. With the current design, installation is indeed very inconvenient, and users generally don’t dare to disassemble or assemble it on their own. Which brand are you using, and what is its power and speed?
There are six 2400Kw units at Haihua; I went to inspect them. Those that were performing well continued to be in use, while those that weren’t functioning properly were replaced with other speed control devices. What’s the reason? Those who are well-informed, please share
Yihua installed 6 560Kw permanent magnet speed regulators back in 2013, all at once. How are they performing?
It seems no one is complaining! Does anyone know how long it takes to repair common faults in permanent magnet speed control? Does it have to be repaired by the manufacturer?
The one used for seawater treatment? Is it clear?
Is there a problem? We want to give it a try, but the price is insanely high.
The key is whether it’s handled by an agent or directly by the factory! The agent is closely connected to your company, you know~
