The vibrations of the two channels on the Bentley card in the unit suddenly increased sharply and exceeded the interlock threshold; these vibrations returned to normal within 3 seconds. The system alarm message was “Kph lost”, and the faulty card was the 3500/42M card. There was no change in the gap voltage at that time, and no issues were found during on-site inspections. No abnormalities were detected either in the safety barriers or terminals. The 42M card was replaced. I would like to ask everyone: is it a fault with the card?
The best approach is to return the potentially faulty 42M card to Bentley’s manufacturer for testing and verification; based on your description, no one can guarantee whether there is a problem with this card or not.
Is this problem still occurring after replacing the card module? We are facing the same issue.
