According to the Chemical Industry News, Yantai Zhuoneng is currently expanding its production capacity by about 20,000 tons. A factory in the northeast is also adding 20,000 tons of production capacity. The new energy market currently has strong demand for lithium iron phosphate. Many lithium iron phosphate projects that had been on hold for years were revived at the end of last year and the beginning of this year; they even appeared frequently in the capital markets, with the ugly ducklings finally turning into swans. The investment required for a mature production line for lithium iron phosphate is currently around 15 million yuan per 200 tons of annual output ； The investment for a lithium iron phosphate production facility with a capacity of 1,000 tons is less than 80 million yuan, and it mainly includes molding equipment and the formulation. Currently, subsidies for new energy vehicles provide full indirect support for lithium iron phosphate.
