I have a question regarding energy consumption calculations, but after searching for a long time I couldn’t find a section dedicated to energy savings on the forum. I’m not sure where to post this thread, so I’m a bit lost. . . Energy conservation and consumption reduction is a major issue that involves various aspects such as design, production, and management. Moreover, the requirements in this area are quite strict nowadays; I believe it is necessary to create a separate section for people to discuss these issues. Please have the management team consider this carefully. . . Also: Before deciding to add this section, could you tell me where would be the appropriate place to post threads regarding energy consumption calculations? Thank you!

There are indeed many companies that specialize in energy conservation these days, but to do it well, it is necessary to work together with the company’s technical staff, as they are the ones who truly know where savings can be achieved. I don’t think it’s necessary to create a separate section just for that. Those that are general in nature can be discussed in the production area, such as those related to frequency converters or machine pumps where selection is based on specific requirements. Those that are specific to certain industries can be discussed in the industry-specific sections, such as those related to caustic soda, sulfuric acid, or soda ash
